A St. Patrick’s Celebration to Remember – and 37 Afternoon Teas to Go!

Busy days, big smiles, and a little bit of Irish magic at The Artea Room... ☘️✨

What a whirlwind it’s been at The Artea Room! We’ve had a few jam-packed days recently, but Thursday, 20 March truly stood out – full of warmth, laughter, and a whole lot of tea (and stew!).

We started the day with a rather impressive delivery — 37 individual Afternoon Tea boxes, carefully packed and sent out to a very happy customer. Whether it’s for birthdays, baby showers, or just a treat for someone special, our Afternoon Tea boxes always bring a smile – and we absolutely love making them.

But that was just the beginning...

By evening, we welcomed The Rotary Club of Towcester to our cosy space for a belated St. Patrick’s Night celebration. And what a night it was! Our team pulled together a hearty, warming two-course feast featuring traditional Irish beef or chicken stew, followed by a choice of desserts: a trio of mini puds or a classic, crowd-pleasing trifle. Comfort food at its finest!

As if that wasn’t enough to get everyone in the spirit, we were treated to some traditional Irish dancing before dinner – a lively and joyful touch that really set the tone for the evening. 💃🍀

We’re incredibly proud of our team, who kept the daytime café running as usual before transforming the space for our evening guests. It takes energy, care, and a lot of behind-the-scenes effort to make days like this look seamless — and we couldn’t be more grateful for our amazing crew.

If you’re planning a private gathering, celebration, or community event and fancy something a bit special after hours, we’d love to help. From bespoke catering to themed nights, we’re always up for something fun. Just drop us a message or email us at enquiries@artearoom.co.uk to start the conversation.

With love,
